GadgetroniX, in partnership with ZIDO, a key collaborator and project funder, has successfully completed a cutting-edge solar water pumping system at Hasnoo Makame Secondary School in Kibuteni, Zanzibar. This installation underscores GadgetroniX’s role as a frontrunner in the adoption of eco-friendly technologies and highlights its commitment to community upliftment and environmental sustainability.
The project features a robust 1.64 kWp solar array composed of JA SOLAR 545W Half-Cell Monocrystalline PV Modules, which exemplify efficiency and ecological soundness. The integration of the high-quality LORENTZ PS2-1800 Controller and the ECDRIVE 1800-C, 1.7kW Pump Motor, ensures the system operates at peak performance, providing a reliable and clean water supply to the school.
This initiative boosts the operational efficiency of Hasnoo Makame Secondary School and also significantly reduces its environmental impact. By leveraging solar energy, the school can diminish its reliance on conventional power sources, thereby achieving considerable cost savings and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The solar pumping system caters to the daily water needs of the school while promoting broader environmental objectives.
The collaboration with ZIDO, who has partnered with GadgetroniX on over 20 solar pumping projects, has been instrumental in advancing these initiatives. Their ongoing support and funding have been crucial in implementing sustainable solutions that benefit educational institutions and communities.
GadgetroniX’s project at Hasnoo Makame Secondary School enhances its infrastructure and serves as a testament to the transformative power of renewable energy. It sets a precedent for future projects, demonstrating that innovative, practical solutions can have a significant impact on community welfare and environmental health. As GadgetroniX continues to lead with pioneering solutions, it remains dedicated to steering communities towards a greener future.
